Since starting his career in 1993, Mr. Coleman has gained invaluable experience in design and management of major transportation projects. He received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and is currently registered as a Professional Engineer in South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Mr. Coleman leads the Construction Services of the Firm overseeing over 150 construction managers, project engineers and CE&I and ITS field technicians.
