Brooklyn Road over Rocky Creek – Chester County

This replacement bridge is located on Brookland Road and goes over Rocky Creek in Chester County, SC.  ICE was the primary design firm on the Design Build team responsible for the preliminary and final designs for the structure, roadway approaches and hydrology, utility coordination, public relations and contractor quality control inspection services for this bridge replacement project.
