This design-build project consisted of replacing the existing pavement with concrete along I-77 from the existing construction joint (MM 78.4) just south of US 21 (Exit 79) in Yadkin County to MM 83.4 in Surry County, including loop and ramp repairs at the US 21 BUS interchange (Exit 79) and the NC 67 interchange.
ICE was the Primary Design Consultant responsible for project management, roadway design, hydraulic/hydrological design, utility coordination, temporary pavement design, and geotechnical engineering.
