ICE Wins GDOT US 280 / SR 30 DB Project

Project Description:

This GDOT Design-Build Project, located in Bryan County, GA, involves the widening of US 280 / SR 30 from two lanes to four lanes with a median, and the construction of five multi-lane roundabouts in place of existing intersections. The ICE Team has been working alongside the Matthews-McLendon Joint Venture (C.W. Matthews Contracting Co., Inc. and McLendon Enterprises, Inc.) to develop a Construction Phasing and Staging Plan and Traffic Control Plan focused on effective traffic management aligned with contract milestones. The MMJV / ICE Team were awarded the project on September 6, 2023.
