Mr. Novakoski is a seasoned Construction Manager who has progressive field construction experience on several complex highway and bridge projects. He has served in the heavy highway civil construction field since 1995 and has worked on maintenance projects and asset management contracts totaling over $125 million and construction projects up to $500 million in value. Mr. Novakoski has extensive project management experience in construction, maintenance, repair, inspection, and estimating of roadway and bridge projects for numerous state and municipal agencies (GA, SC, NC, VA, TN, FL, MO, and TX) and a private bridge contracting company.
Mr. Novakoski received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of South Florida and is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia, Florida and North Carolina.
