Mr. Hribar is a former construction superintendent who began his career in the construction industry in 1987. His expertise includes project management, construction quality control, quality assurance, construction engineering and inspection, and independent assurance. He has worked on numerous public and private projects including bridges, highways, water / sewer, pavement, storm water, culverts, site work, vertical construction, and survey projects. Mr. Hribar serves as a Senior Construction Manager responsible for environmental coordination, field audits and final inspections, contractor quality control, DBE tracking and compliance, and coordination with FHWA and other project stakeholders. He is also responsible for implementing the firm’s comprehensive safety and training program. He evaluates safety performance and applies the necessary measures to provide a safe working and traveling environment for motorists. He conducts jobsite safety training meetings to identify potential safety hazards.
