Mr. Cravens has worked in the field of civil engineering since 1985 and has extensive experience managing transit, transportation, and heavy civil projects as a contractor, owner, and owner’s representative. His project experience includes roads, bridges, tunnels, light rail, freight rail, water and sanitary sewer installations, and infrastructure for telecommunications, power relocations, and new installations. Mr. Cravens’ serves as a Vice President of Construction and CEI services for the mid-Atlantic region. His expertise includes ensuring field crews adhere to the plans and specifications while maintaining quality standards in accordance with the contract.
Mr. Cravens received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the West Virginia Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.
