Mr. Al-Eis has served in the field of civil engineering since 1985 and has extensive experience in managing construction, design, and maintenance of highway projects. From 1989 until 2016, Mr. Al-Eis served the Wisconsin Department of Transportation as a project manager responsible for highway design and construction, an area maintenance engineer, a technology advancement engineer, a geotechnical engineer, the Soils and Material Geotechnical Engineer, and lastly as the Construction Project Manager for Mega Projects (projects that are a recipient of Federal financial assistance with an estimated total cost of $500 million or more). Mr. Al-Eis is currently servicing ICE as the Vice President of Construction Management and CE&I services in Florida and Texas. He is responsible for construction management and overseeing the construction engineering and inspection services, utility coordination, and environmental compliance inspections on projects throughout the Southeast. He has served as the Construction Quality Assurance Manager on major multi-million-dollar interstate and interchange reconstruction projects in the Southeast and is an integral part of growing the firm’s CE&I capabilities in Florida and Texas.

Mr. Al-Eis received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Portland State University and earned his master’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin.
