Ms. Monroe has been with ICE since its inception and serves as the Marketing Manager responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the marketing efforts for the firm. This includes overseeing the preparation of responses to client requests for qualifications and proposals while ensuring relevant experience and team members are assembled to meet the requirements of the solicitations. Since 1999, Ms. Monroe has been working in the architectural and engineering industry. Her experience includes planning the development of compliant proposals, public and community outreach, and office administration and management. With a focus on potential opportunities for the firm and project pursuits, Ms. Monroe provides oversight and support to a team of marketing associates whose responsibilities include project team member coordination, facilitating key meetings, document production, and delivery of completed proposal and qualification packages. She also prepares technical content, designs illustrations and graphics, reviews and edits content, and develops presentations to highlight firm capabilities, experience and personnel.
