Mr. Fowke serves the firm as the Chief Financial Officer and has been working in the accounting and finance industry since 1998. Before joining ICE, Mr. Fowke served as a CFO for a large transportation construction company and was instrumental in the success migration of their ERP system. His combined finance experience in the surface construction and manufacturing fields has allowed him to provide technical leadership on GAAP and corporate tax policies, oversee financial and reporting functions, and serve as the liaison for external auditors and financial institutions. Mr. Fowke manages the payroll and accounting (AP/AR) functions, develops and ensures compliance with the internal controls and accounting policies, coordinates the annual audit and tax returns, prepares interim financial reports, and ensures efficiency by optimizing staff duties and processes.
Mr. Fowke received his BS degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina and is a Certified Management Accountant.
