After receiving his undergraduate and masters’ degrees in Civil Engineering from the Tulane University School of Engineering in 1995 and 1996, respectively, Mr. Graf pursued a career concentrated in structural engineering and project management of transportation projects. These projects have ranged from roadway widening and rapid bridge replacement programs to complex interstate interchanges. Since 2005, his focus has been exclusively on design-build projects, completing projects in ten different states with a total construction value of over $5 billion. His experience involves participation in Design-Build projects both on the Design-Build Team and as a representative for the owner.
He is currently registered as a Professional Engineer in South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, California, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and West Virginia, and as a Structural Engineer in Illinois.
Mr. Graf is responsible for the pursuit and execution of major design-build and public private partnership projects throughout the country, as well as overseeing the technical aspects of project delivery for the firm.
