Mr. McIntosh is the firm’s Vice President of Georgia Operations and has been providing management, leadership and business development from our Atlanta location throughout the state of Georgia since joining ICE in 2013. His background includes the design of road, bridge, interchange, and sidewalk projects with emphasis on the Design-Build project delivery method associated with interstate widening and interchange upgrades. His professional experience includes project management; alternatives feasibility and cost analysis; concept, preliminary, and final roadway design including signing and pavement marking, traffic control plans, utility relocation plans and Erosion of Sediment and Pollution Control Plans throughout the southeast.
Mr. McIntosh obtained his undergraduate degree in civil and environmental engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and he is also a professional engineer in Georgia, North Carolina and Florida.
