The Plenary Walsh Keystone Partners were the selected / preferred proposer for the Rapid Bridge Replacement Public-Private Partnership Project in Pennsylvania As a subconsultant to the lead design firm, ICE is currently providing roadway, bridge/structure, and hydrology design services on more than 65 bridge sites. This bridge replacement program includes 558 total bridges statewide that will be replaced within 36 months. The average cost for design, construction and maintenance per bridge in the project is $1.6 million. The total estimated cost of the program is $899 million.
