SCPA HLT Project Team Recognized by ASCE

Last week, the Hugh K. Leatherman Terminal Project Team was recognized at the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Outstanding Projects and Leaders (OPAL) Gala in Chicago. The Team received an Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Honor Award for their involvement in the Hugh K. Leatherman Terminal Sitework Development Project in North Charleston, South Carolina.

As an integral part of the project team, ICE provided Engineering Design Services for the Container Yard Drainage System, Pavement Design Review, Design Services, Construction Management, Quality Control Inspection Services, and CPM Scheduling.

Elham Farzam, Clarke Hinson and Stuart Timmons were in attendance at the OPAL Gala to receive this award.
