Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, PLLC is excited to announce that we are expanding and we have recently opened branch offices in Beaufort, SC, Tampa, FL, and Austin, TX. Jared Fralix, P.E. will manage our Beaufort office while providing engineering design, site planning and design, and construction engineering & inspection services.
Our new Tampa office will be managed by Doug Hambrecht, P.E. who is ICE’s Vice President/Florida Aviation. ICE will be providing transportation consulting and engineering services, aviation design and planning, and construction inspection services from this location.
Wayne Ellenberger, P.E. is providing transportation engineering services including roadway and bridge design from our new office located in Austin, TX.
