Our Commitment to Giving Back
ICE strives to take time to recognize the needs of our environment and community. It is our commitment and responsibility to make a positive difference by participating in programs and organizations that improve the quality of life in our community. In addition, our employees donate their time throughout the year to participate in community projects, fund raisers, immediate-needs drives, recycling, and children’s mentoring programs.

Local Integration
ICE regularly utilizes various local sub-consultants as well as back-filling our in-house staff with local forces in both professional fields and labor. Through previous projects, we have had the opportunity to hire, train, and promote local labor forces within the ranks of our company. ICE continues to have a positive impact on local economies through strategic local hiring and subconsulting of local businesses inside of the International community.

Public Relations
As a transportation engineering firm, our ultimate client is the traveling public. Effectively communicating current news events and project information is essential in maintaining positive relationships with the local community. Our Public Relations team works closely with the on-site Project Managers and Construction Superintendents to provide timely newsworthy events including information about emergency situations on or around the project site. We currently assist our clients with the coordination of notifying affected stake holders, citizens, the news media, governmental agencies and municipalities, transportation and emergency services, local businesses, schools and neighborhood groups of traffic alerts, public meetings, and project progress.
