Infrastructure Consulting & Engineering, PLLC (ICE) has moved up in the rankings by ENR Top 500 Design Firms. The firm was listed for the first time in 2017 as a Top Design Firm nationwide at #435. Based on revenue growth, ICE jumped up the scale to #353 out of 500 as a Top Design Firm nationwide.
